CJC-1295 without DAC
GHRH analog
Also known as: Mod GRF 1-29, Modified GRF (1-29), CJC-1295 no-DAC
Either documented serious adverse events in humans, or effectively no retrievable evidence base. Dosing figures circulating for these compounds have no scientific foundation.
No published human pharmacokinetic study of this molecule exists. The circulated ~30 minute figure could not be traced to any retrievable primary source. The parent peptide GHRH(1-29)-NH2 has a measured disappearance half-time of ~4.3 min IV, and the four substitutions here are intended to resist DPP-4 degradation, but the resulting half-life has never been published. IDENTITY TRAP: "CJC-1295" in the literature refers to the DAC-conjugated compound, this is a different molecule sold under a borrowed name.
No published human dosing. All circulating protocols (e.g. 100 mcg per dose) are community convention with no clinical basis.
No human safety data specific to this analog. Product identity and purity in grey-market preparations are unreliable, an analytical study identified CJC-1295 in a preparation of unverified provenance.
