Chelohart
Bioregulator
Also known as: Heart peptide bioregulator, calf-heart polypeptide complex
Evidence is limited to animal or in-vitro work. No human pharmacokinetics. Any human dose in circulation is extrapolated, and extrapolation across species routinely fails.
No in-vivo or human pharmacokinetic data found. The only allowed-host source is an in-vitro organotypic tissue-culture experiment, not a PK study.
No human/animal per-administration dosing found. The single located study (PMID 26390619) applied Chelohart to organotypic tissue cultures at 0.01-100 ng/mL in vitro (20-50 ng/mL stimulatory window), a cell-culture concentration, not a clinical dose, and not extrapolable to a dosing recommendation.
Only one allowed-host citation located: a 2015 in-vitro organotypic tissue-culture study (Ryzhak et al., Adv Gerontol) testing Chelohart alongside six other calf-derived polypeptides on young vs. old rat tissue explants. No human clinical data, no animal in-vivo data, no controlled trial, no independent replication outside the Khavinson/Ryzhak lineage.
No human safety, toxicology, or dosing data exists in any allowed-host source; only in-vitro tissue-culture data is available. Absence of reported harm is not evidence of safety, no rigorous safety evaluation has been published.
